BBM stands for innovation and reliability in the extrusion blow molding industry since the company foundation in 1997. The strong focus on electric machines since 2006 and the continuous improvement of existing technologies result in a very positive and sustainable company development.
We produce and refurbish extrusion blow molding machines at our 6.000m² premises in the heart of Germany, easily accessible from Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. All our machines are developed and built in Germany. Flat hierarchies, a well-educated work force and flexible structures allow us to quickly react to the ever-growing customer needs.

Blue Air Systems GMBH, our technical partner, situated in Austria and with more than 25 years of experience supplies the plastics industry with innovative technologies. Core subject is climate technology with solutions for extremely dry and cold air for energy efficient processing in the plastics industry.
In the range of material drying, Blue Air Systems offers high class, energy saving resin dryer series RD based on compressed air technology with hopper sizes from 0,5 to 1.300 litres.
In climate technology the core business is focused on internal product cooling (series CAC) and dehumidification units (series DMS).
The DMS system allows energy-efficient mould dehumidification without the need of cooling water and has great potential for energy savings up to 85%.
The Compressed Air Chiller (CAC) replaces the regular blowing air with chilled compressed air (-35 °C) inside the container during the blowing process and guarantees as production increase up to 40% (depending on the product).
