Tomi Adepoju

Tomi is a Partner & Head of Enterprise Risk Services/ESG, KPMG Nigeria with about 25 years of experience. She is also the responsible for People and Partner matters in KPMG Nigeria.
She has successfully led several transformational large-scale ESG/Sustainability projects, in major national corporates and multinational organisations across diverse sectors. These include services related to carbon emission reduction strategy, sustainability strategy and impact assessment services for leading players in several industries.
She has also supported clients with other services including sustainability assessment services, sustainability reporting services, ESG due diligence reviews, internal audit services, board evaluate corporate governance reviews and enterprise risk management services.
Tomi has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and she is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Additionally, she possesses a certificate in Risk Management Assurance from the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Board Readiness Certificate from the IE Business School, Spain. Tomi also has a Certification in GRI(G4) Sustainability Reporting Process.
Adeleye Odebunmi

Adeleye Odebunmi is the CEO of Pakam Technology, a platform as a service (PaaS) company that utilises software applications and data to promote a circular economy and achieve sustainability through recycling and waste management. Adeleye has 15 years of experience spanning public safety, consulting, software development, agriculture and product development. He is a recipient of the Oxford entrepreneurship venture creation program certification by Saïd Business School. He is also a working committee member of Prevent Waste Alliance, as well as a member of Smart Cities World, Circular Economy Club and Green-tech Alliance. Adeleye has a B.Sc in Sociology from the University of Abuja.
Mrs Titilayo Oshodi

Titilayo Oshodi is an accomplished administrative executive and change management leader with almost three decades of experience in senior management roles. She is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and strong leadership within communities. Titi holds memberships with the Society for Corporate Ethics & Compliance (SCCE), a product of varied Harvard Kennedy courses and a Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) member. She focuses on mobilising youth through character education and is committed to continuous learning. Titi actively participates in various board capacities and committees and is the Deputy Vice Chairman of the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee on the Governing Council of CIPM. She currently serves as the Special Advisor on Climate Change and Circular Economy to the Governor of Lagos State. In addition to her public service, she showcases her entrepreneurial spirit through The Nooks Cafe, where she excels in mixology and barista services.

John is an Associate Director for Africa in the Sustainable Finance Advisory Services at KPMG. He has over 14 years of expertise in Commercial Banking, Management, Institutional Reform Consulting, and Development Finance. He previously served as the Head of ESG, Sustainability, and Climate Finance at a leading Development Finance Institution (DFI) in Ghana. In this role, he was instrumental in establishing the bank under the World Bank-funded initiative, where he led the unit and supported due diligence processes for financial institutions. He also designed and developed innovative and sustainable finance solutions and technical assistance initiatives. Prior to this, John held various roles in commercial banking, where he was a credit processing officer, credit Monitoring Analyst, operational risk analyst and policy and product review analyst. He designed monitoring and evaluation frameworks, set up ESG systems and executed market development projects.
Ayotunde Razaq

Ayotunde Razaq is a certified communications, branding, and public relations specialist with significant experience in media communications, social research and advocacy, and corporate communications. Ayotunde has an insatiable passion for advocacy and strives to improve the lives of all people through effective communication and innovative publicity. Razaq is also a passionate advocate of the Circular Economy and Social Protection. Having served briefly as the PR Coordinator for the Circular Economy Club in 2020, in 2022, he was one of a handful of Africans chosen by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation to participate in the From Linear to Circular: Africa programme in Kigali. Ayotunde is a Communications Advisor for GIZ and holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, USA.

Victor Boyle-Komolafe is a Chief Executive Officer at GIVO, and Director at Capture Solutions. He is an ACCA Chartered accountant, a graduate of Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool and a KPMG alumnus with 15 years of extensive experience in finance, sustainability, product development, manufacturing and tech solutions. An impact entrepreneur, Victor Boyle-Komolafe is passionate about utilizing technology to make the world a sustainable, fairer and healthier place to live in. His work on sustainability and circularity in Nigeria has been recognized by major publications including BBC, CNN, BellaNaija and World Circular Economy Forum. Yewande is a Manager in the ESG & Sustainability Advisory Services Unit, KPMG in Nigeria. Over the past eight (8) years, she has amassed experience in a broad range of sustainability services including Waste Management Advisory, Socio-economic Impact Assessment, Corporate Sustainability Strategy and Reporting, Sustainability/ESG Assurance, Capacity Buillding etc. Her industry experience covers Agriculture, FMCGs, DFI and Commercial Banks, Oil & Gas, and Energy.
Some of her sector experience includes coordinating a plastics circularity market assessment for a DFI which led to funding in the Nigerian plastics recycling Industry. She also led another DFI led project on institutional analysis of the Nigerian solid waste and plastics management landscape.
Yewande has a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Food Processing and Technology. Additionally, she is an ISO 14001(Environmental management systems) Lead Auditor, ISO 26000 (Guidance on Social Responsibility) Lead Implementer and possesses certificates in Health, Safety & Environment. Yewande is a Full Member of the Nigerian Association of Sustainability Professionals of Nigeria.
Clem Ugorji
Global Plastic Action Partnership (GPAP), World Economic Forum (WEF)
A public policy and circular economy expert, Clem is the Founder and Lead Advisor at Circularium Africa
Advisory. He is also an independent consultant on policy issues and plastic circularity to several
organizations, including the World Bank Group (WBG), the United Nations Environment Programme
(UNEP), the Environmental Coalition for Standards (ECOS) as well as the World Economic Forum (WEF),
where he serves as the African Region Lead for the Global Plastic Action Partnership (GPAP).
Prior to transitioning to consulting in 2021, Clem held senior leadership and Board level roles in the
corporate sector, including as Vice President for Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability at The
Coca-Cola Company, where he advanced the company’s public policy and sustainable business agenda,
including the World Without Waste initiative, across 33 markets in West and Mid Africa and the Islands
while also serving as a Director on the Board of Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited.
Clem is a member of the Steering Committee of the Sustainability Policy Commission at the Nigerian
Economic Summit Group (NESG), the Technical Committee of the Nigerian Circular Economy Working
Group (NCEWG) as well as the Technical Committee of the African Circular Economy Alliance (ACEA),
where he is currently providing strategic advisory on the initiative to develop a common regional recycling
standard for food-contact rPET for Africa. He has co-authored or peer-reviewed policy papers and
roadmaps on plastic circularity in the Africa region
Nnenna Duru

Nnenna Duru is a seasoned professional with years of experience in the banking sector and FMCG. She
currently leads the Public Affairs, Sustainability & Responsibility, and Communications department at
Pernod Ricard Nigeria. Nnenna is passionate about driving strategic initiatives that promote environmental
stewardship, sustainability, and impact. She has delivered some of the following sustainability projects:
• Championing the "Drink More Water" campaign to discourage binge drinking.
• Partnering with FRSC and other Government Agencies on the "Don't Drink and Drive" Safe Roads
campaign.
• Collaborating with the Nigerian Conservation Foundation on a tree-planting initiative, resulting in over
6,000 trees planted across Nigeria.
• Supporting World Clean Up Day in collaboration with Let’s Do It Nigeria to encourage collective action
to tackle the growing problem of waste and pollution.
• Launching the "Bar World of Tomorrow" project in Nigeria, training over 300 sustainable bartenders.
She holds first degree in Agriculture from the University of Port Harcourt, a Master’s degree in View in
Environmental Toxicology & Pollution Management from the University of Lagos and is a certified
Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi). She has demonstrated a commitment to
excellence in leadership and management and was awarded as one of the most Outstanding employees at
Pernod Ricard in 2023/2024.
