Extrusion Coating and Laminating Lines
FlexPack® is a well-proven SML concept which raises the bar for flexibility and simplicity in extrusion coating and lamination. The lines were specifically engineered for the dynamic packaging market but found its place also for hygiene and technical applications. The modular design means that even highly complex lines can be created with relative ease. Key characteristics of SML FlexPack® are efficient production processes, minimum floor space, quick and simple product changes and, above all, high profitability. New opportunities at the production of breathable products offers SML’s patented DoubleCoat process. It allows the manufacturing of ultra-thin premium laminates and the combination of materials, which were considered incompatible so far.
